Responsibilities

Design and develop highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems
Build and maintain Microservices-based architecture using Spring Boot
Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS EKS (Kubernetes)
Work on CI/CD pipelines , code versioning, and release management
Ensure high throughput, performance optimization, and zero-downtime deployments
Perform JVM tuning, memory profiling, heap analysis, and deadlock troubleshooting
Develop and support customer-facing web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Splunk and other tools

Required

Strong experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
Experience with AWS services, especially EKS
Knowledge of Redis, MongoDB, Kafka
Experience with Git, PR process, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, Load Balancing, and CDN
Experience with JUnit, TestNG, and automated testing frameworks
Familiarity with MVC architecture (client & server side)
Strong understanding of SDLC, tools, and Agile methodologies
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred

Experience with Full Stack development
Prior experience in real-world production deployments
Leadership mindset and ability to work independently
