The successful candidate will oversee transactions processed by the teller team and play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Provides legendary Customer Service while supervising the Teller and/or Platform team
Provides exceptional in-person customer service to all customers
Provides leadership, conflict resolution, process improvement, and communication to the Teller line
Leads by example and coaches Teller team
Provides prompt, accurate, and efficient customer transactions; and handles all transactions for customers with discretion and confidentiality
You will process various checking, savings, and related transactions (receiving deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and mortgage payments)
Accountable for the balance of the cash drawer at the end of the day. Analyses and resolves any balance discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Previous teller experience is required
Experience in providing oversight for store operations, including the supervision of personnel and the performance of all operational duties
Attention to detail and above-average math skills
Good PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash drawers, money counters, copiers)
Strong communication and time management skills
Customer satisfaction-oriented
Preferred
Head Teller experience is preferred
