Responsibilities
Own technical accounting matters, including research, position memos, and policy development
Lead SEC reporting activities, including preparation and review of filings
Support build-out and scaling of accounting processes and controls
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and external auditors
Serve as a technical accounting resource across the organization
Qualification
Required
Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Biotech or pharma industry experience strongly preferred
Commercial-stage experience a significant plus
Big 4 and/or public company background helpful
