Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining accurate financial records
Supports the overall marketing and leasing efforts for the property
Prepare monthly survey reports to analyze real estate trends and local market conditions
Posting and reconciling transactions from receipts, invoices, and other documentation
Maintaining resident files and systems
Offers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community
Assisting residents and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
Supervising leasing and maintenance teams in the absence of the Community Manager
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in assistant property management within the multi-family industry
Strong attention to detail and task orientation
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
