This role focuses on structuring, pricing, and distributing complex debt solutions across agribusiness and real-asset financings, providing senior-level leadership and support for various transactions.

Responsibilities

Provide structuring and pricing guidance on complex credit facilities, including market perspective on covenants, leverage, and risk-return tradeoffs
Advise on capital structure alternatives and financing strategies for sophisticated borrowers
Support syndication and participation strategies, including preparation of transactions for distribution
Monitor debt markets and translate market intelligence into practical guidance for deal teams
Act as a day-to-day advisory resource for lenders and credit partners

Required

8–10+ years of experience in capital markets, loan syndications, or complex commercial lending
Strong credit and structuring expertise across a wide range of deal sizes and complexity
Experience with syndicated loans, participations, or institutional lending markets
Collaborative, low-ego leadership style with confident judgment and strong market instincts

Preferred

Background in agribusiness, food & beverage, real assets, or adjacent sectors
