Talent Assessment Specialist
Best Version Media is a company that connects local businesses to customers through innovative print and digital solutions. They are seeking a Talent Assessment Specialist to conduct interviews, document outcomes, and manage back-office operations for recruiting candidates for various publishing roles.
Responsibilities
Run interviews with prospective candidates (approximately 8-10 calls daily) following the company’s interview script
Label/Sort resumes and assess the potential to fit our Publisher/Account Executive roles
Fill in scheduling sheets with interview outcomes and next stage interview assignments
Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless interview process from 1st to 2nd interviews and follow through to the hiring process
Maintain Back Office by updating statuses or notes for candidates, ensuring that the communications are received by the appropriate next party
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma
2+ years of experience in customer service/recruiting
Reliable internet service
Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
Experience with Google Suite and MS Office
2+ years of recruiting experience
Sales recruiting experience
