Responsibilities
Develop new accounts, and cultivate relationships with potential clients
Maintain customer satisfaction and account retention
Execute monthly sales goals
Collaborate with the management team on marketing efforts and develop solutions to attract new business
Coordinate & communicate projects with Account Managers to meet customer's business needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years prior sales experience in the printing and/or direct mail industry
Excellent customer service
Engaged; easily absorb and retain product & industry knowledge
Excellent communicator with the ability to find service solutions for potential and current clients
Determined and not easily discouraged by rejection
Dedication and commitment, working outside of normal business hours as needed
Must be able to pass background check including drug screen
