Run a full recruiting desk in healthcare staffing (sourcing, recruiting, screening, closing, relationship management)
Manage candidate pipelines across physician, nurse, and/or allied health specialties
Drive GP growth through consistent placement activity and strong client/candidate follow-through
Qualification
Required
Minimum $200,000+ in annual Gross Profit (not revenue) production at a healthcare staffing firm (not an internal/corporate talent acquisition or HR role)
Local and commutable to Long Island, NY (hybrid)
Proven healthcare staffing agency recruiter who knows how to build and grow a profitable desk
Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Can consistently produce elite GP numbers
