Responsibilities
You’ll join the founding team of engineers and help build our first products
We are creating AI agents for hospitality that handle guest conversations, streamline operations, and unlock better experiences for staff and travelers
Think reliable voice and chat, simple automations for common workflows, and clear insights that help teams move faster
You’ll work across the stack, from agent logic and data pipelines to backend integrations and polished product experiences
You will ship with a small, focused team that moves quickly and cares about the details
Qualification
Required
Experience with ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, Python, AWS, LangGraph, and Vapi
Strong testing practices and experience with Test-Driven Development
Curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to make AI practical and useful
Ability to explore new AI frameworks and workflows (LangChain, LLMs, automation agents)
Enjoy thinking about how AI can transform a customer experience or internal workflow
Ability to learn quickly and build fast, even when figuring things out for the first time
Thrive in an environment where everyone is hands-on and the feedback loop is short
