Responsibilities
Managing high volume roles
Engaging and recruiting qualified candidates from the candidate pipeline
Analyzing client requirements and qualifying candidates by conducting telephone and/or face-to-face interviews
Selecting candidates using discretion and preparing and delivering candidate presentations for clients
Entering and tracking candidate data in various electronic systems and running standard reports as required
Maintaining effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Fielding inquiries from candidates and internal/external clients and escalating as necessary
Identifying areas of potential optimization and sharing with management
Collaborating with team members to develop and maintain a unified approach to talent sourcing and recruitment
Proactively establishing and maintaining beneficial business relationships through networking
Scheduling candidates for interviews and orientations
Administering pre-employment activities as needed
Coordinating the preparation and distribution of new hire informational packets
Auditing jobs on Job Diva
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English and Spanish
Completion of education equivalent to a US High School Diploma
Minimum two (2) years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience
Preferred
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
