Responsibilities
Providing centralized support for standard computing devices and software
Handling phone calls, electronically submitted questions, and walk-in customers requesting assistance
Supporting computer imaging, inventory management, computer ordering and installation
Providing standard technical support to partnership areas
Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving computer-related and telephone problems
Receiving and processing service requests
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of computer operating systems, and productivity applications
Understanding of computer networks and telephone services
