Responsibilities
Translate business priorities and cybersecurity risk drivers into SAFe Epics and Lean Business Cases
Own and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic Epics
Partner across business, technology, and security stakeholders
Communicate Epic intent, progress, and value to Directors, Executives, SVPs, and C-suite
Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners
Drive decision-making, resolve dependencies, and maintain alignment
Track Epic health, risks, and dependencies
Build strong enterprise relationships to accelerate adoption
Provide thought leadership on IAM technology and cybersecurity strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IAM
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Directory Services (AD, Dir/eDir)
Enterprise Federation & Identity (EFI)
Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Experience with JIRA (dashboards, metrics)
Experience with PPM tools (Jira Align, Clarity, Planview)
Agile & SAFe delivery experience
Roadmap and communication strategy development
Strong documentation and attention to detail
Privileged Access Management: vaulting, session management, least privilege
Directory Services: AD, eDirectory, LDAP
Enterprise IAM: SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC
CIAM: customer authentication, federation, consent
Cloud IAM: AWS, Azure, hybrid environments
