Vyndamax Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Shape and advance the consumer social, competitive, and audience‑driven creative strategy to strengthen brand presence and engagement
Channel Ownership: Own the branded social strategy, engagement roadmap, and tactical execution in partnership with the CMO Social Team
Program Ownership: Lead the development and implementation of branded digital, social, in‑office, and point‑of‑care programs, ensuring innovative, high‑quality execution
Insights, Analytics & Optimization: Generate actionable consumer insights to guide data‑driven decisions and continuously refine engagement strategies, creative, messaging, and investment priorities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with patient activation partners, the Brand team, and CMO organization to elevate capabilities, deliver breakthrough creative, and integrated execution
Compliance & Governance: Partner with Compliance, Medical, and Legal teams to ensure all content and programs meet Orange Guide and regulatory standards

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, managed care, communications, or strategic consulting roles
Marketing experience required; consumer marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to navigate a complex, rapidly evolving environment
Proven success operating in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting while managing multiple priorities
Strong business acumen and exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Advanced project-management skills, with the ability to drive execution and navigate internal processes
Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into impactful strategies and measurable in‑market results
Strong collaboration and alignment‑building skills, including effective listening, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication of scientific and commercial strategies to senior leadership

Consumer marketing experience preferred
