Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial and hospitality projects from concept through construction
Produce clear, well-considered documentation with a strong understanding of detailing and buildability
Collaborate closely with senior designers, principals, and consultants in small, agile teams
Participate in client meetings and design discussions, contributing ideas and solutions
Support coordination across disciplines to ensure high-quality project outcomes
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of professional experience in architecture
Strong Revit proficiency and solid technical documentation skills
Design-literate and able to articulate ideas clearly and thoughtfully
Grounded, collaborative personality and confident without ego
Preferred
