Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong functional and technical expertise across multiple disciplines
Follow internal standards, SOPs, and job aids to ensure consistent, quality output
Actively identify and recommend process improvements
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all assigned work
Estimate staffing needs, assign tasks, and manage short‑term deliverables
Oversee workflow to ensure deadlines are met
Train, mentor, and support junior team members
Collaborate across teams, departments, and shared service centers as needed
Manage your own performance and development, including training participation
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
Escalate risks in accordance with established policies and escalation paths
Identify and report unusual or potentially suspicious activity following corporate guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience
2–4 years of custody or fund accounting experience
Familiarity with financial products (preferred)
Proficiency with desktop software applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
