Responsibilities
Management, planning, and coordination of typically international product development and technology projects
Project controlling from the quotation phase to series production
Cross-functional management of project specifications such as quality, functional, cost, and deadline targets
Collaboration with international teams (customer, development, production, quality) at our global locations
Preparation of project documentation such as status reports, project explanations, project schedules, and cost plans
Sustainable maintenance of customer contacts in the context of project fulfillment
Interface management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable field
Professional experience in project management
Independent, problem-solving-oriented work style
Good written and spoken English skills
Commitment, hands-on mentality and dedication
Customer-oriented and professional demeanor
Willingness to travel internationally
Working location: Soest, Germany
Preferred
Experience with AI-specific datacenter environments (high-density racks, liquid cooling, accelerated computing workloads)
Background in power electronics, energy storage, or renewable integration for datacenters
Familiarity with hyperscaler or colocation datacenter projects
PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications
Exposure to global projects and multicultural stakeholder environments
Knowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency, and carbon-reduction strategies in datacenters
Experience working with utility companies, grid operators, or regulatory authorities
