Responsibilities
Develops and secures approval for high-level global plans and budgets on a global scale, aligning them with organizational objectives
Leads cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of introduction plans
Develops and owns a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard, including associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks
Leads the development of closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs, and identifies and executes indicated actions
Develops and defines customer segmentation strategies at a global scale, tailoring experiences to different customer segments
Assists in the development of advanced sales training materials to empower the sales force, including performance testing plans
Qualification
Required
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field
