Conduct ethical, discovery-level conversations
Engage in email outreach using Savvy Cha–approved language and guidance
Listen for alignment and potential fit (not needs diagnosis)
Capture lead details and document interest accurately
Refer qualified conversations to leadership
Schedule consultations when appropriate
