Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requests
Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to provide tailored recommendations
Prepare and present detailed travel proposals and itineraries
Assist with booking arrangements, including accommodations, tours, and transportation
Keep clients informed of any updates or changes to their travel plans
Stay current on travel industry trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings
Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong research and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet connection
