Responsibilities

Monitor operational status and manage intervention and problem solving with project managers and operations managers

Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements

Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders are up to date and engaged in high-priority initiatives

Participate or lead process design, process implementation, or process improvement initiatives

Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects including review status of projects and budgets

Assess operational issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

At least 2 years work experience analyzing data, producing reports and communicating outcomes

Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences

Preferred

Experience in Crystal Report writing

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

Experience with software programs for statistical modeling and data analysis
