Investment Management
Responsibilities
Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets
Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Conduct site feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and coordinate due diligence activities
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures
Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, city officials, and other stakeholders to streamline project progress
Review and negotiate contracts with consultants, vendors, and contractors
Supervise on-site activities, ensure quality control, and address any issues that arise during development
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Maintain project documentation, provide regular updates to senior management, and track progress against key milestones
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in land development, real estate development, or construction project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, project management software (e.g., MS Project), and financial modeling
Strong understanding of zoning laws, land use regulations, and permitting processes
Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field
PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications
