Responsibilities

Develop high-performance C++ modules that ingest real-time text/audio streams from our RAG AI (Python/Ollama) and drive MetaHuman facial animation (Audio2Face) instantly
Optimize the 'Time to First Token' (TTFT) loop to ensure the Mentor answers before the user blinks
Architect the engine for Pixel Streaming on Linux (Nvidia L4 GPUs) by stripping out unnecessary rendering overhead to maximize concurrent instances per GPU
Write reusable Unreal Plugins that allow our Technical Artists to hook up new 'Mentors' without writing code

You don't just use Blueprints. You live in Visual Studio
You have modified the Unreal Engine source code to fit your needs
You know how to use Unreal Insights to find a 2ms stall on the Render Thread
You have experience integrating external APIs (GCP, AWS, Azure, Custom Backends) into a real-time engine environment

Preferred

Experience with GenAI (LLMs, RAG)
Experience with Virtual Production (ICVFX)
Experience with MMO networking
