Responsibilities
Screen, recruit, and interview potential industrial employees
Post open positions on company websites and social media platforms
Conduct reference and background checks on all applicable job applicants
Communicate the duties, compensation, benefits and working conditions to all potential job applicants
Attend job fairs to screen out potential applicants
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Accurately maintain employee files
Conduct business to business telephone sales
Qualification
Required
1 year previous experience in recruiting
Ability to build rapport with employees and clients
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask and utilize proper time management to complete daily and weekly tasks
Longevity; would like to grow both personally and professionally with the company
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
