Responsibilities
Shorten the sales cycle by presenting flawless standard and custom product demos to mid- and C-level executives in the Office of Finance
Assist prospective clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction with minimal supervision
Serve as a resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives; contribute to team knowledge sharing
Transform complex customer challenges into compelling Proof-of-Concept presentations
Create and present high-quality OneStream demonstrations showcasing advanced product features, benefits, and future direction
Identify optimal solutions for customer needs and articulate OneStream’s overall value proposition
Ensure standard demo environments and materials are current, accurate, and impactful
Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and foster trust with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or related roles
Technical experience with CPM tools (OneStream or similar)
Background in Finance/Accounting and familiarity with business analysis and financial modelling
Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to lead technical discussions confidently
Proven ability to perform rapid assessments of customer landscapes and identify use cases for prospective customers
Experience guiding customers in evaluating CPM solutions (or similar)
Understanding of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) concepts and financial modelling
Familiarity with OneStream or similar CPM platforms and related technologies
Basic knowledge of database management and cloud-based solutions
Awareness of business processes in Finance and Accounting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
Active listening and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
Detail-oriented with impeccable attention to accuracy
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in building credibility and maintaining professionalism in client interactions
Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs
Works effectively in a collaborative team environment
Results-driven with a competitive mindset
Ability to travel as required for client engagements
Capable of leading technical discussions and aligning solutions to customer needs
Preferred
