As an Equipment Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing equipment on the road at customer locations.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair equipment issues on-site at customer locations
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and workspace
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance
Strong mechanical and electrical skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be knowledgeable with all major mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems found in this type of equipment
Experience servicing diesel engines
Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
Preferred
Prior experience working as a road technician at an equipment, truck or automotive dealership
Graduated from a technical or vocational school or have equivalent experience
