Responsibilities

Build and maintain Financials models as needed to support Product P&Ls (Opex, bookings, revenue, CSP spend, margin analysis, new product costs) for business entities and management metrics
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting for forecast submissions, variance analysis and reporting dashboards
Analyze results, distill/synthesize business performance indicators/metrics, assess business risk and operating performance, and timely communicate risks and opportunities
Understanding of spend types and communicating those is a pivotal part of this role
You should be a driver of results, proactive in approach and deadline conscious
Agility and passion while keeping a positive spin on relationships, willing to learn and develop skills are key to success
Strong financial modeling (excel/gsheets) and analytical skills with attention to details, accuracy and building credibility will be needed in this role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change is going to go a long way
Prior experience with P&Ls and supporting large engineering teams is a must

Required

5+ years of experience in FP&A ( incl few years with managing P&Ls, R&D budgets, revenue/cost modeling skills)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong Financial modeling experience
Able to dive in details as well as go high level to support senior execs
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Strong systems skills (Hyperion, Anaplan etc)

Preferred

Tableau/Snowflake reporting experience and SAP research ability
