Responsibilities
Perform monthly quality assessments of office account files and deliver findings to support process and underwriting alignment
Review policy and servicing files to verify rating accuracy, appropriate coverage and forms usage, and adherence to underwriting standards
Analyze root causes for quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions
Monitor quality results over time to identify trends, emerging risk areas, and systemic breakdowns; collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable remediation strategies that strengthen underwriting consistency, operational accuracy, and regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate audit records and quality documentation
Prepare and present quality results and recommendations reports
Stay current with regulatory and underwriting compliance requirements
Utilize QA tools to enhance assessment efficiency
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage workload with minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in P&C underwriting such as risk evaluation, rating, and form selection
Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Quality Management, or Business Operations preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage workload with minimal supervision
Stay current with regulatory and underwriting compliance requirements
Preferred
Experience in insurance QA, underwriting support, or insurance operations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus, including use of formulas, filters, and data validation
