Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business objectives
Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and opportunities for expansion
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven insights
Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture programs to enhance customer engagement
Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI
Improve the customer journey from initial awareness through engagement, conversion, and retention
Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing
Qualification
Required
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
4+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau)
Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment
Exceptional business writing and communication skills
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities
Demonstrated curiosity, learning mindset, and a passion for innovation in digital marketing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, initiative-driven approach
Comfort with technology and digital marketing tools, including: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Teams, Sharepoint, Asana
Experience managing vendor relationships and internal/client communications
Proven ability to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and optimize results
