Responsibilities
Lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution
Ensure that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive
Manage a team of consultants, and face off to senior clients to share insights and recommendations
Provide day-to-day leadership of complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process
Become trusted advisors to senior clients, with the ability to guide and influence their thinking
Identify new and expanded opportunities; create exciting and additive intellectual capital through thought leadership
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm, Transaction Services focused advisor, or top-tier Investment Bank
Proven track record and expertise with extensive deal lifecycle experience
Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
Fluency in English is required
Willingness to travel
Know how to take the initiative, seek out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you've already got to good use
Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you'll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients' biggest problems
Have an aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down the key issues in a hugely complex challenge
A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team
