New Grad, Entry LevelLockton is a company seeking an Associate Consultant for their Stop Loss division. The role involves managing multiple accounts, presenting client deliverables, and acting as a subject matter expert while building relationships with the growth team.

Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review
Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision
Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team)
Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients
Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals
First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager
Obtain/maintain license
