They are seeking an Estimator who will be responsible for building accurate budgets and labor estimates for commercial electrical projects while analyzing specifications and preparing bid packages.

Responsibilities
Build accurate budgets and labor estimates for commercial electrical projects
Analyze specs, review drawings, and prepare bid packages
Work directly with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams
Provide insights on schedules, manpower, and materials
Use estimating software to forecast costs and identify risks
Support handoff to Division Leaders and PMs with submittals and pre-billings
Qualification
Required
5–10 years in electrical construction estimating
Strong analytical and software skills (Excel, estimation tools, etc.)
Experience with labor/material cost research and financial planning
A degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Certified Professional Estimator (CPE)
