Responsibilities

Triage and resolve daily issues from trading desk, compliance, and operations teams
Investigate and remediate trade reconciliation breaks between OMS and downstream systems
Handle user queries regarding trade exceptions, breaks, and system functionality
Perform system configurations in Everest WinForms (columns, views, user setup)
Write SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting
Document resolutions and maintain operational runbooks

Required

Minimum 5 years in capital markets operations, trade support, or related roles
Strong understanding of credit trading workflows (corporate bonds, loans, structured products)
Hands-on experience with at least one industry-standard OMS (Charles River, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, Eze, SimCorp, etc.). Everest experience is a plus
Knowledge of trade lifecycle and front-to-back office data flows
Experience supporting traders, portfolio managers, compliance, and operations (buy-side preferred)
SQL proficiency for queries, analysis, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of XML/XSLT/XPath
Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and data analysis
Comfortable with Windows-based trading applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure during trading hours

Preferred

Familiarity with development languages or prior software development experience is a plus
