Responsibilities
Conducting workplace investigations involving workplace violence, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation within a large, highly operational restaurant environment
Working closely with internal stakeholders and operating within established company processes, systems, and culture
Providing ongoing baseline coverage and periodic surge capacity, requiring availability to flex up or down as investigation volume changes
Stepping in quickly, working independently, and delivering high-quality investigations with minimal oversight
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations (employment & labor), ideally in high-volume or frontline environments
Comfort interviewing restaurant or hourly employees and navigating sensitive situations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and handle matters with discretion
Ability to work independently and manage investigations from intake through resolution
Experience working within large organizational processes and systems
The selected candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement
The work is fully remote
The client's budget is approximately $60 per hour, however, they will consider candidates with higher or lower expectations
Preferred
Prior experience supporting frontline or hourly workforces
Background in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume employee environments
