Customer Success Engineer
Saicon is seeking a Customer Success Engineer with strong expertise in Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) and enterprise network security technologies. This role involves providing expert guidance, managing customer engagements, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on NGFW technologies and help customers maximize product value
Partner with Product & Engineering teams to integrate and deploy network security solutions
Act as a customer advocate , influence product roadmap, and identify new use cases
Lead technical deployments, success plans, and high-touch customer engagement
Manage escalations and ensure exceptional customer experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years in network security engineering, support, operations, or professional services
Deep understanding of enterprise networking (routers, switches, servers, wireless, monitoring)
Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux troubleshooting
Proven ability to work as a trusted technical advisor across technical & non-technical teams
Strong escalation handling, customer communication, and project management skills
Preferred
Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW (highly preferred)
Preferred certifications: PCNSE, PCNSA, CISSP, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
