Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and oversee federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and business entities
Provide proactive tax planning and compliance guidance
Review financial statements, accounting records, and general ledger activity
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
Communicate clearly with internal leadership and external partners
Assist with internal process improvements and financial controls
Manage and grow an existing client book, if applicable
Qualification
Required
Active CPA or EA license in good standing
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and GAAP
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Candidates with an existing book of business are encouraged to apply and will be strongly considered
