Executive Assistant
Charter Institute at Erskine is seeking an Executive Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for the organization. The role involves creating a welcoming environment, supporting internal meetings and events, and ensuring the organization of office spaces.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all visitors, staff, and guests through a friendly demeanor and positive presence
Serve as a visible front-of-house representative, greeting visitors with a smile and offering assistance as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually presentable front lobby throughout the day
Ensure all common areas reflect a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
Set up, prepare, and reset meeting rooms and event spaces, including:
Arranging tables, chairs, and room layouts
Ensuring meeting supplies are available and organized
Returning spaces to standard setup after use
Support internal meetings, trainings, and events by assisting with space readiness before, during, and after use
Maintain the coffee bar and refreshment areas by keeping them clean, stocked, and neatly arranged
Monitor the condition and organization of office storage rooms and assist with maintaining orderly storage systems
Assist with organization and light staging of event spaces to ensure readiness for meetings and internal functions
Identify clutter, disorganization, or presentation issues and proactively address or communicate them
Support general office organization projects to improve efficiency and appearance
Maintain awareness of supply levels for office materials, snacks, and beverages and notify appropriate staff when items are running low
Model professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail in all interactions and tasks
Follow established office procedures and contribute positively to workplace culture and team support
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally and courteously with visitors, staff, and vendors
Basic computer proficiency, including email, calendars, and standard office software
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role preferred
