Responsibilities
Lead the execution of initiatives with a focus on operational rigor
Establish repeatable processes that enable smooth coordination between development and engineering teams
Ensure workflows are streamlined to support both innovation and delivery at scale
Develop and maintain integrated product roadmaps that capture feature evolution
Define and track KPIs to measure progress, drive accountability, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
Serve as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Build durable relationships to facilitate collaboration and reduce friction points
Balance speed and quality in product delivery
Implement readiness gates and manage dependencies
Focus resources where they generate the greatest impact
Ensure milestones meaningfully advance organizational goals and product adoption
Harmonize immediate portfolio pipeline objectives with longer-term technology development
Support work spanning diverse modalities (LM, SM, peptides, etc.)
Maintain continuous progress on current priorities while investing in future advancements
Foster strong connections with LM and SM portfolio PMs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or more advanced training and experience meeting job-specific criteria
Product management coursework or additional supportive training is required (e.g., CPM, CSPO, SAFe)
3–5 years of experience in healthcare life sciences (HCLS)
Expertise in product development and program management
Proven experience in strategic roadmap planning and execution
Strong facilitation skills guiding cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to translate vision into practical tactics and measurable success criteria
Experience in operational leadership roles
Strategic mindset with a strong emphasis on execution
Ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfort navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
Preferred
Experience in AI and ML
Experience in AI drug development
