Responsibilities
Provision, configure, and manage GCP resources, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, Cloud SQL, and other services
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, firewall rules, and encryption
Automate routine tasks using scripts and tools such as Cloud SDK, Terraform, or Deployment Manager
Manage user access and permissions in accordance with organizational policies
Collaborate with development and operations teams to support deployment and integration efforts
Maintain documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Keep up-to-date with GCP new features and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure
Solid understanding of cloud security
Solid understanding of GCP services
Experience in provisioning, configuring, and managing GCP resources, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, Cloud SQL, and other services
Ability to monitor cloud infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
