Responsibilities
Perform system-level diagnostics, verification, and post-silicon validation
Develop and improve tests for characterization, QA, yield enhancement, and spec validation
Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis
Work closely with ASIC, ATE, DFT, silicon validation, fab process, software, and quality teams
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and workflows
Qualification
Required
BSEE or MSEE (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in product engineering or hardware systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team
Strong skills in Python and Shell scripting
Experience with SoC testing, characterization, and test automation
Knowledge of ASIC, ATE, and DFT
Preferred
Experience with PC architecture
Experience with hardware assembly
Experience with PCIe
Experience with DRAM/DDR
