Responsibilities
Oversee quarterly carried interest income allocations and distribution calculations
Manage capital accounts for carry participants and monitor clawback exposure
Review U.S. taxable income allocations and oversee Schedule K-1 delivery
Support international tax reporting and related compliance initiatives
Review GP and carry entity books, cash reconciliations, and system tie-outs
Assist with consolidation into the management company under U.S. GAAP
Prepare analyses and materials for senior management
Support systems and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
6–8+ years of professional accounting experience with U.S. partnerships
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and partnership accounting
Advanced Excel skills
Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
Public accounting experience preferred
Private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment experience strongly preferred
Experience at a top-tier fund administrator supporting complex structures is also welcomed
Experience with Investran or similar systems a plus
Benefits
Annual Bonus: ~30%–35%
