Responsibilities

Under supervision, develops preliminary retail plans, elevations, and construction documents
Assist and learn detailing of millwork, exterior storefronts and other technical details
Assists senior staff with verification of site
Assists in field surveying of client retail spaces
Corrects drawings red lined by others

Qualification

RevitAdobe Creative SuiteInterior Design ExperienceMS Office SuiteSketching SkillsArchitecture DetailingColorMaterials KnowledgeCommunication Skills

Required

Graduate of architecture or design school or 2 year technical college/associate drafting
1+ year experience or equivalent educational experience: strongly prefer experience working in retail interior design projects and/or prototypical design
Strong/Advanced Revit Skills
Working knowledge of the application of color, materials and aesthetic form
Basic sketching and rendering skills
Basic interior and exterior architecture detailing skills
Working knowledge of CDs and procedures
Commitment to support projects through peaks and valleys
Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
