System Support Technician
Sistema Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced System Support Technician for a remote contract. The successful candidate will provide back-end system support, perform administrative functions, assist in user administration, and conduct quality control and troubleshooting functions.

The position will perform routine administrative functions, assist in user administration, review and create workflows, and perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions
Qualification
Required
8+ years' Experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
8+ years' Experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system
Preferred
Experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of enterprise technology system
Experience in using the Cority GX2 platform specifically
Experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Provide professional technical customer service to users
