Responsibilities
Work closely with client lead to ensure the SDK integration goes smoothly
Based on your technical knowledge, provide guidance on any technical risks that arise during SDK testing and integration
Manage a diverse and sometimes complex scope of potential technical issues across multiple client engagements
Work directly with the SDK development team to resolve issues and escalate as necessary for confirmation of solutions or other options
Proactively identify and work with the customer to resolve technical issues and bottlenecks
Collaborate with the SDK Sales team to demonstrate value in the pre-sales process
Qualification
Required
Experience in a client-facing technical role (as a developer or as a consultant)
General understanding of the ad tech landscape highly regarded
Previous experience working with SDK integrations in mobile applications strongly desired
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and identify technical issues and errors during the publisher onboarding process
Ability to understand how coding works (no actual coding required)
Strong desire to help people solve problems with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience
Excellency in time management, task prioritization, and evaluation of situational urgency
Curious and able to learn fast
