Responsibilities

Develops and executes sourcing strategies for PCBA and electronic subassemblies to drive improvements in cost, quality, and technology
Leads supplier management activities, including RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and ongoing relationships with CMs and component suppliers
Negotiates key contracts and agreements to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and strong warranty support
Aligns production and engineering needs by forecasting material requirements based on inventory levels and customer demand
Ensures supply continuity and regulatory compliance, including AS9100, ITAR, and internal audit standards, while improving purchasing processes and ERP data accuracy

Required

Background in supply chain or related fields
2–10 years of procurement experience in EMS/OEM environments, supporting electronics manufacturing operations
Strong technical knowledge of PCB/PCBA commodities, SMT processes, and BOM management
Skilled in negotiation, leadership, and analytical decision‑making with a high sense of urgency
Proficient in ERP platforms and electronics component‑search tools
