Responsibilities
Lead and support migration efforts from VMware ESXi to Nutanix AHV
Provide post-deployment administration and operational support for Nutanix environments
Manage and support Unified Storage within Nutanix
Assist with the migration and ongoing support of Oracle databases hosted on Nutanix infrastructure
Act as an onsite technical advisor, ensuring platform stability, performance, and best practices
Collaborate with customer teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and support day-to-day operations
Provide guidance on infrastructure considerations related to relational database workloads on Nutanix
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Nutanix AHV
US citizen
Proven experience with ESXi to AHV migrations
Solid background in post-deployment operations and administration
Experience supporting Nutanix Unified Storage
Familiarity with Oracle databases, particularly in the context of infrastructure and platform migrations
Understanding of relational database administration as it relates to Nutanix infrastructure (deep DBA expertise not required)
Preferred
Experience with Nutanix Database Service (NDB)
