Responsibilities
Monitoring, controlling, and operating complex computer systems, networks, applications and/or distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment
Analyzing first and second level problems for all systems (according to the service agreements), resolving and routing as appropriate
Supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to the 300mm client requirements
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled in Linux, Windows, and Unix Server Operations
Some application knowledge
Level 2 problem determination skills for server and applications
Knowledge of hardware installs
Rack installs
Operating system install knowledge
FAB application knowledge
Monitoring Software
Ticket management
Hands-on server operations skills and support
Skills comparable to assisting a Systems Administrator
