Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems
0–3 years of experience in a related IT area
Demonstrated knowledge of the OSI Model and Local and Wide Area Networks
Working knowledge of investigating and resolving first-echelon help desk service requests related to network infrastructure
Must be able to travel as necessary and authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Working knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches
Understanding of VLAN concepts and configuration
Experience with wireless technologies (Aerohive and Cisco)
Familiarity with traffic capture techniques and software
Working knowledge of IPv4 networking, routing, and protocols
