The role involves drafting and formatting core T&E documents, managing attorney calendars, and assisting with billing and general administrative support.

Draft and format core T&E documents (wills, trusts, probate filings)
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and meetings
E‑file court documents; coordinate notarizations and signing appointments
Maintain organized client files; assist with intake and general admin support
Handle correspondence and communication with attorneys, clients, and courts
Assist with billing entries, task tracking, and follow‑up items
Qualification
Required
Law students are welcome to apply and will be considered if they can manage the assignment

Preferred
Experience in Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, or Probate preferred
Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills
