Sales Development Representative
Fibernow is dedicated to establishing local fiber connectivity that bridges the digital divide and fosters economic growth. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for obtaining qualified leads and securing meetings within multi-dwelling and single-family home communities, while maintaining CRM records and providing relevant information to the Sales team.

Responsibilities
Discover opportunities through research using a variety of sources relating to existing and future residential developments, condominiums, and apartments
Contact and engage with decision-makers to set meetings for the Sales team
Follow up with inbound leads to qualify and retrieve pertinent information relevant to Sales
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM regularly to position Sales and Marketing efforts
Provide competitive data to identify new opportunities
Identify market trends and developments
Stay up-to-date on all knowledge of Fibernow’s product offerings through attendance of internal meetings and product demonstrations
Attend events and Trade Shows to raise brand awareness and obtain quality leads
Build a symbiotic relationship with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure successful growth in the residential market
Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation and appointment setting
Maintain required records and reports of all sales and service activities Create and maintain a prospect funnel including MDU and SFH communities contract expiration date
Collaborate with other departments (engineering, customers ops, construction, etc.) to ensure new opportunities and sold solutions stay on schedule with Service Delivery

Qualification
Required
MUST ADMIT TO BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
Previous experience in sales outreach, in either the telecommunications or residential market is required
Must be energetic, self-motivated, hungry to succeed, and able to work independently within company guidelines
Must be flexible, proactive, and able to present to clients in a professional and effective manner
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is essential to the role, and one must be able to work nights and weekends or flexible schedules based on business needs
Three years experience in a professional Sales role with a focus on outbound sales
Preferred
Sales experience and/or current contacts within the local property management/real estate/developer marketplace are a plus
Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
Outbound sales: 3 years (Preferred)
