Advanced Finance and Analytical Skills to ensure data-driven decision-making
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in strategic planning and financial decision-making is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
Proficiency in financial software and tools is an added advantage
